No Sugar Coating Needed With GOD:

No Sugar Coating Needed With GOD:
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

God wants us to come to him every single day, multiple times a day, but not just to impress others.  He wants us to come to him wholeheartedly, open minded, and truthful at all times.  God made each and every one of us; he orchestrated every single hair on our head.  He knows you like a book, he made you, so…..
·         Why do you feel like you have to be standoffish or even short with God?
·         Why do we only think we need to go to God when things are going badly?
·         Why do we think we only need to take part of our problem to God?
·         Why do we feel the need to try to impress God with our prayers?
·         Why do we feel that we don’t know how to pray, and if we do it’s not a good prayer so God won’t like it?
·         Why do we get embarrassed when it’s time to pray to God?
·         Why do we have to be completely alone when we need to pray?
·         Why are we influenced by non-Christians that prayer won’t help?
When you pray, don’t be like hypocrites. They like to stand in synagogues and on street corners to pray so that everyone can see them. I can guarantee this truth: That will be their only reward.
We do not have to be short with the Creator of the Universe.  If he can make every single thing around you then he already knows you inside and out.  He made the stars find position in the sky for the most perfect spot to guide us through the night.  He taught the sun where to shine in the morning and the moon how to hide until evening.  He made the ocean to only come so far.  He made the mountains visible for miles away to see the snowcaps in the winter.  He made the flowers bloom in the spring.  He taught the fish to stay at the bottom on the lake during the winter to stay warm.  God predesigned every single thing around you so don’t you think he already knows the desires & concerns of your heart.
By ourselves we are not qualified in any way to claim that we can do anything. Rather, God makes us qualified.
We don’t have to go to God when things are bad, we can also show him our presence when things are good.  God wants to hear from us every single day.  He wants to know our hearts, to see our desire to know him better and on a deeper level.  He wants us to feel open and secure in coming to him, needing him and trusting in him.  God loves us unconditionally and he wants to see our passion for his life & all that he does for us on a constant daily basis.  It doesn’t matter to him whether you come broken or fully excited, he loves you the same.  He needs you to show him that you care enough about the importance of him in your life to speak to him even when you are in the midst of a storm.  God doesn’t want you to neglect him when you are happy and only run to him when you are sad.  He wants to know that just as you recognize the bad in your life that needs restructuring, you can also see the good that needs the praise.
Ask, and you will receive. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened for you.
If something is bothering us God wants us to bring the entire issue to him.  He wants us to be forthcoming with all information not just the parts we think God wants to hear.  He is an Almighty God who can handle all of our issues and concerns at the same time.  He can be everywhere at once and your issues are just as important to him as your neighbors.  You may not feel that your issues are deserving of Gods attention when someone else is hurting twice as bad, but to God, you are just as important.  So take everything to him, open hearted, truthful and in whole.  He is an amazing God and he will decide which parts you need help with, which parts you need to continue to be tested with and which parts are not as important in the picture as you think they are.  Let God be the deciding factor on which issues you concern yourself with initially, however once you have submitted all your concerns and worries to God, let them go completely.  God wants you to trust him enough to handle it.  If you trusted God enough to go to him in prayer, then let him complete the mission.  Let him handle the pain you are feeling so that you can breathe easier knowing you have released the burden.
I will do anything you ask the Father in my name so that the Father will be given glory because of the Son.
God doesn’t need us to spice up our prayers just to impress him.  He is impressed every single time we submit to him in prayer.  He doesn’t need us to shower up, put on our most fancy clothing and go to him only when we are looking remarkable.  God doesn’t need us to be fresh & clean, he needs us to be upfront & honest.  God loves us just the way we are.  Max Lucado, “God loves you just the way you are, but he refuses to leave you that way.  He wants you to be just like Jesus.”  Submit to God anytime of the day whether you have just woken up and your feet have yet to hit the floor.  Go to God when you are clean or whether you have been working in the house all day.  Go to God whenever you can and are able to turn your prayers over to him.  He does NOT care how you come, as long as you do so.  If someone expects you to look a certain way before you go to God in prayer, time to get new friends.
Never stop praying
Do not let prayer warriors make you feel bad for not praying as in depth as they do.  Prayer warriors research prayer, they write prayers and they pray publically a lot.  When we do something over and over we become a master at it.  When we read our bibles a lot, research our faith and pray constantly we go more in depth, but to God that does NOT matter.  God doesn’t care how sophisticated you sound or how good your grammar is when you pray.  The objective is to pray, no matter what, and when you honestly pray from your heart, you truly worship with God.  Prayer is not something you do to be seen or admired by, its opening your heart up to God, and talking to him about how precious you see your life, the life that God created.  How precious he is as your Father, and how much you depend on him fully, every single day.
So ask the Lord who gives this harvest to send workers to harvest his crops.”
If you are asked to prayer, don’t get embarrassed, the prayer is for God and no one else.  The prayer is to uplift the room and all its bodies.  To put the main focus on the number one man in the room, our Heavenly Father.  To fully submit to him openly, and without reserve.  To bring forth an openness to God with all your cares for those around you.  You don’t have to impress others by your prayer, only God needs to see your appreciation to him for all that he has done and continues to do.  If you merely try to impress others, you are going to God for the wrong reasons.  Getting people to be impressed by your prayer life is not a way to get into the pearly gates.  God wants to see how you fully release all of your pride and humbly come before him, bowing down before his awesomeness and extending your arms around those that love you the most.  Just as your friends do not need to be impressed by your prayers, neither does God.  He openly hugs you when you bow your head in prayer.  When you take a moment to embrace his holiness, he smiles.  Be genuine when you approach God.
Stay awake, and pray that you won’t be tempted. You want to do what’s right, but you’re weak.”
You do not have to be completely alone when you pray to God.  You are free to stop and pray anytime you feel the need.  The only time I truly feel you need to be alone when you prayer is if you are spending time with God being silent and fasting for him to give you answers.  Just as we need to confess our sins and pains to God, we also need to spend equal amounts of time before God just being silent and listening.  God loves it when we take minutes out of our busy schedule to just sit and admire his amazing beauty.  When we take a few moments to look around at all the splendors of the world that God created.  People walk around doing their own thing and using up all of Gods resources and never once thank him for the opportunity, but we have to be more humble than that.  We have to stop, look around and thank God for all he has done and continues to do in and around our lives daily.
Jesus used this illustration with his disciples to show them that they need to pray all the time and never give up.
Many Christians that tell you that prayer doesn’t help are wrong.  They are bitter due to something that has happened in their past that resulted in an answer they didn’t feel was right after a prayer to God.  God has the final say on all the prayers we go to him about.  God knows which areas we need to be tested in and he doesn’t give us more than we can handle.  We have to know that when we go to God in prayer either God is for us and gives us our needs or he sees a test or an area we need to grow.  Depending on how God sees the need, he acts in His timing, when he feels that you will be most appreciative of his blessing.  We can never rush God, or make him do anything he doesn’t see a positive upbringing for our spiritual walk.  Miracles happen every single day and yes sometimes God performs them on some and not on others, but God surveys the entire area of the burden.  He makes sure whatever he does is going to bring the area closer to his amazing love.  He doesn’t just say okay, here you go, now leave me alone.  No he looks deep within the hearts surrounding the issue, he molds and brings people together, he shares the joy of having him in the middle and he acts according to his plans & purpose for our lives.  God can handle the challenge, but be ready to accept that your way is not always Gods way.  Never put a question mark where God has put a period, he knows what is best for our lives & what will boost our spiritual walk with him.
Don’t be like them. Your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
Someone has wisely said, "Satan laughs at our toiling, mocks our wisdom, but trembles when he sees the weakest saint on his knees." Prayer is God's appointed way of doing God's work.  When you pray you are being obedient to God.  God makes our prayer top priority every single time we go to him and he is a very busy man.  If he can stop what he is doing and pay full attention to you when you humbly submit to him, then you have to know the importance of your life to God.
With my mouth I cried out to him.  High praise was on my tongue
He loves you unconditionally without reserve.  He wants you to be real, visible, open and honest with him at all times.  He doesn’t want you to run and hide when you fear rejection because there is one man that will never reject you and that is your Heavenly Father.  You may not have an earthly father that supports or believes in you, but you can bet your bottom dollar, your Heavenly Father loves, adores & has all the time in the world for you.  So stop what you are doing and go to God in prayer for whatever is pressing in your life at the moment.  Ask someone around you if you can pray for them.  When you reach out and embrace others in your prayers you are sharing Gods love with those around you.  When God sees you being selfless and helping to boost another in their spiritual walk, he smiles from ear to ear.  Give God the grin from the happiness he sowed into your life, let him know that you see him and all his amazing works.  Thank him and be bold enough and grounded enough in your faith to let your love for God shine.
Let’s come into his presence with a song of thanksgiving.  Let’s shout happily to him with psalms.
Don’t ever be ashamed to talk to the one who created you.  You will never see the full potential of God in your life, the doors that can and will open and the road to your destiny revealed without first having prayer as a daily function in your life.  Believe that with all of your heart.  If you want God’s plans revealed in your life, you first need to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, talk to him daily, make him see the importance you place on him leading and directing your paths.  Once he sees that you fully trust and lean on him for understanding, the Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:5, “and he will make your paths straight.”
Try it, just dive in, you are welcome in Gods house any time you bow your head.  He hears you; he is there and is ready to change the rest of your life starting with today’s prayer.
Please send me your prayer request; I would love to pray for you right now.  Don’t be ashamed, no prayer is too big for God.  Jeremiah 32:17 tells us “Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm.  Nothing is too hard for you.”
Believe in that!
Finally in James 5:16, “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.  The prayer of a righteous person is powerful & effective.”
You are loved and prayed for daily.
